FAQ'S Q: How long does it take to receive my order once it is placed online?
A: Standard production is 10 days. However should need the order quickly please let us know and we will make special arrangements.

Q: What is excluded from your prices?
A: Nothing! Our prices include VAT, wording and club centres (where applicable). The price you see less 15% is the price you pay.

Q: How are you able to sell at such competitive prices?
A: We are a national mail order company with over 15 years experience. We supply direct from the warehouse and in turn pass the savings onto our customers. All wording plates and centres are sent under separate cover to the trophies and this keeps our labour costs to a minimum.

Q: I am buying 1000's of medals/trophies each year. Will you do a deal?
A: Of course. If you are a regular bulk buyer please contact us at 01892 519120 or email sales@discounttrophies.co.uk we would welcome the opportunity of offering you a tailor made package.

Q: If I were to receive a damaged item what would you do about it?
A: We would offer an exchange or refund no questions asked.

Q: If I were to receive a incorrectly engraved trophy plate what would you do about it?
A: We would send a new correctly engraved plate to you or the recipient by return no questions asked.
